ArkHost Hosted Email lets you manage your domain's mailboxes, aliases, spam controls, security and connection settings from the ArkHost Client Area.
Open your Hosted Email service
- Sign in to the ArkHost Client Area.
- Open Services, then My Services.
- Select your Hosted Email service.
The service page is divided into the following tabs:
- Overview: domain status, mailbox allocation, total storage use and quick access to webmail.
- Accounts: create and manage email accounts.
- Aliases: manage forwarding addresses, temporary addresses and domain aliases.
- App Keys: configure two-factor authentication and separate passwords for mail apps.
- Spam: allow or block senders and manage quarantined messages.
- Setup: view mail-app settings, Calendar and Contacts addresses, and required DNS records.
Open webmail
Open the Overview tab and select Open Webmail. Sign in with the full email address and its mailbox password.
Tip: Create at least one email account from the Accounts tab before trying to sign in.
